Return & Exchange Policy (Updated on March 17, 2025)
You can return and/or exchange your order in its original packaging, provided it meets our return conditions. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@shoesbyarmel.com.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
⚠ Please note: Bridal items such as veils and tiaras cannot be returned or exchanged.
If we receive an item that does not meet our return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. You are welcome to pick up the item in Enschede, or we can charge additional shipping costs to send it back to you.
Returns will only be accepted for orders placed on or after March 12, 2025. All orders placed before this date are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
