Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with PostNL, Ups and DPD. You can order in our webshop to any country. The language is adjustable to English, French and German.
Why do you charge shipping costs?
We use an external party to deliver the package. The cost for this is the shipping fee. You can choose to pick up your package at a service point or have it delivered to your home. So you can use 2 different services and rates.
What are the sizes of the shoes?
The sizes of the shoes are always normal, unless otherwise indicated. If the size of the shoes is different, it will be described in the product description. We also recommend that you choose a size larger or smaller. If you have a question about the width of a shoe and whether it is suitable for a wide-fit please send us a message. We can then give you appropriate advice.
What is your delivery time?
If a product is in stock it will be posted before 2 p.m. and you will receive it the next day. Germany and Belgium are also delivered quickly, sometimes the very next day, but you can assume 1 to 2 working days until delivery. All other European countries have a delivery time of +- 3 to 4 working days.
It says something is sold out, will it be back in stock?
There is a good chance that a product from the new collection will be back in stock. You can always send us a message to indicate that you are interested in that product. We can then let you know if that product is scheduled for restock.
What is a restock?
A restock means that something is back in stock. The product has been restocked. We often have a restock every month, when the bestsellers come back in stock. Keep an eye on our Instagram page to see which products we restock.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order item, which is described in the product description, is a product that we do not currently have in stock but is on its way to us. Because our bridal collection is often in high demand, we put the products online in advance so it can be ordered. As soon as an item arrives at our warehouse it will be posted the same day. This way you can be sure that you have your favorite product.

Do you also have size 41?
We have size 41 available of most boots. Our bridal collection also has a few models that are available in size 41. We do our best to expand to larger sizes every day.
Do you have a store where I can come and try on?
We do not have a store at this time. However, we are expanding to retailers that will sell our products in stores, as soon as we know which stores will participate we will create a separate information section for this. In the meantime you are welcome to come to our office in Goor to try on/shop. We have a nice and large space, so you are welcome with friends and family. Please make an appointment.
