You can return your order, at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 14 days if it meets our return conditions.
First register your return in our returns portal via the link below!
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in its original packaging.
- The refund will be refunded within 14 days of receipt
- Bridal Tiaras may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items can not be returned.
Should we receive an item back that does not meet our return conditions, then unfortunately we cannot accept this return. Of course you can pick up the item again at our boutique in Enschede or we will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.
